It is an exposition on Kriya Yoga which is the most ancient and authentic Yoga, which is based on my near life long passion that is Kriya Yoga.My book contains never before seen (or taught) SATYAM YOGA Kriya Yoga techniques which I am now releasing to the general public for the very first time. This whole book was deeply inspired by my more than four decades of Kriya Yoga and was written in 2020 with some important additional scientific formulas for Advanced Astral Physics that I published in August and September 2024 on academia.edu to complete my book.My book on Kriya Yoga is a practical exposition that goes as far as the written word can go on Kriya Yoga and contains both theoretical and experiential insights gained from my long spiritual search which has spanned more than four decades.
